Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of the product, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may only seek a refund if the product is returned untouched and in exactly the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.

Please keep the receipt. In the very few instances when delivery has taken place outside a reasonable time period owing to postal matters outside the scope of our control, we are prepared to issue refunds but only on the basis, the product is in the condition as stipulated above.

If we accept any returns there will be a deduction of the postage, packaging, card processing fee and the courier return fee.

Any refunds where you have changed your mind before your order has been prepared for despatch then the card processing fee will be deducted.

In the event that a refund is requested based on a change of mind by the customer, and the item has already been shipped, the following conditions apply:

1. Payment Processing Fee – If the payment for the order was made through Stripe, a processing fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the transaction processing costs incurred by our payment provider.

2. Shipping Fee – The shipping fee associated with the order will not be refunded. This fee covers the costs incurred for packaging, handling, and shipping the item to the customer.

Please note that this policy is applicable only in cases where the customer has changed their mind and the item has already been shipped. For refunds requested due to product defects, or any other valid reason, our standard refund policy will apply.
