Because of the nature of the product, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may only seek a refund if the product is returned untouched and in exactly the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.

Please keep the receipt. In the very few instances when delivery has taken place outside a reasonable time period owing to postal matters outside the scope of our control, we are prepared to issue refunds but only on the basis, the product is in the condition as stipulated above.

Fit To Fly Service Returns and Refunds:

Our fit to fly service has a no cancellation and no refund policy. We accept no responsibility for changes in U.K. government policy over travel. Any request to change the online consultation booking slot must be made no less than 48 hrs in advance. Failure to do so may result in an inability to accommodate.
